Faith Tatenda Jaibes is a passionate skills development facilitator, assessor, and
moderator, with experience in the training and development industry.

She has experience in monitoring and evaluating training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them and drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

She does have an Honors degree in Business Administration and a diploma in Ms. Project Management
CompTIA +. Ms. Jaibes has worked with different industries specializing in training and development, Publishing companies, and Government entries to mention a few.

She is familiar with traditional and modern training methods, mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc. and she have a strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
